We reply within one business day with up to three questions and an offer of a call.

Free module plan

Within two business days, receive the proposed modules, session schedule, deliverables and fixed fee. You can decline.

Access and payment

Agree the access needed for the selected modules. Sessions start after access and the first payment are in place.

Practice and handoff

Work through the tasks, keep the recordings and complete the core task independently in a recorded session.

06 / What to expect

Clear ownership after the sessions.

Who can attend?

Packages center on one named owner. Up to two colleagues may observe at no charge. Teams of three or more who each need hands-on time receive a separate quote. Tell us if a second person also needs hands-on instruction so we can scope it.

Can a beginner take part?

Yes. We set the session count around the trainee’s starting point. The module plan confirms the work and fee before you commit.

How is completion checked?

The trainee performs the module’s core task independently in a recorded session. Check questions support self-review; there is no graded assessment.

What happens to the library?

The paid handoff includes a private static library hosted for 12 months from handoff. You own the files and receive a ZIP copy at handoff. Updates are available under coaching or the measurement retainer, within their agreed scope.

Will anything change in our accounts?

Changes during training are made with the trainee and require approval. We agree on the task and review the result before publishing.
